Massage Services

Precautions

Before any massage treatment, avoid large meals or alcohol. It is also a good idea to drink plenty of water, which will help your body to flush the toxins out of your body. Give yourself plenty of time either side of the massage, so that you do not feel rushed.

Relaxing Massage

A good relaxation massage relieves stress and tension in your muscles and will leave you oozing with a sense of wellbeing. It achieves this because of the general benefits of massage: it improves your circulation, so your organs and skin get more oxygen; it moves fluid through your lymphatic system. A relaxation massage encourages your body to digest its food, and get rid of its toxins. It will help you to sleep better, so just relax and enjoy!

Foot Massage

To pamper your feet and keep them strong and flexible, a daily foot massage is always a good option. A regular foot massage along with reflexology helps in promoting physiological as well as physical health. Some of the health benefits of foot massage and reflexology are: improved blood circulation, fights depression, relieves body pain, promotes better sleep and helps in overall relaxation. Always ideal when you are tense.

Raindrop Technique

The Raindrop Technique is a method of using a combination of reflexology, aromatherapy, massage techniques, and essential oils applied on your spine and on the feet. High quality essential oils are placed on the reflex points on the feet where the spine is represented. The Raindrop Technique is designed to bring balance to the body with its relaxing and mild application. This is a gentle application of essential oils and massage without using hard pressure. The massage will take around 90 minutes but even days later you will still feel the medicinal effect of the essential oils.

Swedish Massage

As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation, being an exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
