Cruisinc Holding Ltd, Cruisinc Catering Ltd, Cruisinc People Ltd, Cruisinc Crew Ltd, Crewinc Ltd, Cruisinc Support BV (individually and jointly referred to as the “Cruisinc Group”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operate the www.cruisinc.eu , www.cruisinc.com, www.cruisinc.net and www.cruisinccatering.eu websites for providing information, recruitment and employment related activities (the “Service”) and are committed to continue protecting and respecting your privacy, and aim to be fully compliant with legal requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) of 25th May 2018.

This Privacy Policy sets out the basis for the way once your consent has been given, how we collect, process (Art. 30 of the GDPR), and disclose your personal data. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. whenever we use a third party to process personal data on our behalf (HR tool, Insurance company etc,) we have agreements in place and requested their GDPR statements, ensuring they meet and understand our GDPR obligations.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

    Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services.
